How our prices are calculated
The market spot price and our selling price are always shown separately. Live-priced products follow the market automatically, so prices move with gold and silver.
Spot prices come from gold-api.com in US dollars per troy ounce and are converted to Singapore dollars with the European Central Bank USD/SGD reference rate. Our server refreshes them every 10 minutes. If fresh data is not available, we pause live prices rather than show an out-of-date one.
